So people think that if you work out everyday you will be huge. Not quite. It isn't all about working out. I would say at leased 50% of the process to getting huge is the diet.  You need to cut sugar and fat out of your diet all togeather. You will see the fat shed off of you and the muscle start coming on everywhere. You need to eat a lot of fish and chicken. You will need to start taking protein a whay isolate would be best and take it within 10 minutes of the workout. You will get a better protein saturation in our muscles so you wont get soar at all. And the key in working out is high weight and high reps. You will get cut with lean muscle and the mass you want. You will get more stamina from the high reps and you will get stronger by going with high weight. Well thanks for looking at todays post be bask soon!!!!!
