So day 3 of this freaking blog. So yesterday I talked about some diets and such. today just do whatever. As long as you stay healthy and do high weight and high reps you will get big no matter what. Like I have gained 2 inches to my arms in the last 3 weeks by doing this same thing. I have 19 inch arms now. This will work and if it doesnt comment and tell me what you have done. Make sure you follow the diet and suppliments so you dont get malnutrition or anything like that.
