So on your diet if you are going to try to lose weight and gain muscle you are going to need to eat a lot of chicken and a lot of greens.  I eat 1 cup of chicken with 1 cup of brown rice with 1 cup of green beans, and I eat that 7 times a day.  It speeds up your motabolism and helps you actully loose weight the more you eat the more often you eat.  You need a lot of meat to keep up with the workouts so you dont get soar.  That is my diet talk for the day.

  1. So what about those of us that need to gain weight? What would be your recommendation for those of us that eat tons of food and can't seem to keep any weight on. (I get it that eating straight fat might allow a person like me to gain weight, but other suggestions would be nice because I am not really looking forward to a heart attack).

  2. Just take like a Mass gainer or eat foods that are high in carbs and calories. So just eat a lot of like pasta and cheese.
