Had some basketball games over the week i havent posted anything. Um I pretty much almost died becuase of the fight at the game. I think that there should have been some security there and the refs sucked becasue like there waws some racist comments being said so they wanted to kill some kids on my team and that is pretty much what started it. And they had a girl ref so everyone didnt really like that for some reason. I dont mind girl refs but they didn't like her.

Just got dont playing ball in Las Vegas and we did pretty good I think for who we played. the first team we played were called the L.A. Runners and they were 8 Big Black guys 6"2' and up. We lost to them 100-54 but we still did pretty good. The second game we played the CR Suns and we lost to them buy 18 points I think. Then the last team we palyed were a team from Arizona and we started with Nick Rees hitting four 3 point shots and a few more by other people putting us up by 17 points in the beginning. That lead slowly went down to nothing and were neck and neck for the rest of the game. I was in foul trouble pretty much the whole game and with 2 minutes left I fould out. So in the end we lost 56-55 by one point. We should have won but it just didn't happen.

So for all 8 people that have read my blog I wont be writing that much this week becasue I have got invited to play basketball in a tourny in Las Vegas so it should be a fun time and we are probably going to lose because there is so many good kids down there and they are all African American so I know we are going to lose actually. Anyway so stay healthy and take you supliments and eat plenty of greens and you will feel amazing I promise.

So on your diet if you are going to try to lose weight and gain muscle you are going to need to eat a lot of chicken and a lot of greens. I eat 1 cup of chicken with 1 cup of brown rice with 1 cup of green beans, and I eat that 7 times a day. It speeds up your motabolism and helps you actully loose weight the more you eat the more often you eat. You need a lot of meat to keep up with the workouts so you dont get soar. That is my diet talk for the day.

Day 4 of the blog. Still going strong. So I will tell a little bit about me today. I am from a very small farm town in Utah. I played football for 6 years till the injuries were just to much so I play golf now. I am hreally good at golf to, anyways. that is a little bit about me. I think if you want to do something you have to believe in your self before you can do it. Like the diet if you dont believe you can stay on the diet and not eat good then there is no way that you are going to be able to actually do the diet and succeed with it. NO one is reading this blog but I dont care. One day people are going to look back and just be like damn. I should have read that blog because I am really fat not and if I would have read that blog about getting huge muscles then I wouldn't be where I am today, right. Anyway I will be back tomorrow to write on the blog so thank you everyone that reads my blog. PEACE OUT!!!!

So day 3 of this freaking blog. So yesterday I talked about some diets and such. today just do whatever. As long as you stay healthy and do high weight and high reps you will get big no matter what. Like I have gained 2 inches to my arms in the last 3 weeks by doing this same thing. I have 19 inch arms now. This will work and if it doesnt comment and tell me what you have done. Make sure you follow the diet and suppliments so you dont get malnutrition or anything like that.

So people think that if you work out everyday you will be huge. Not quite. It isn't all about working out. I would say at leased 50% of the process to getting huge is the diet. You need to cut sugar and fat out of your diet all togeather. You will see the fat shed off of you and the muscle start coming on everywhere. You need to eat a lot of fish and chicken. You will need to start taking protein a whay isolate would be best and take it within 10 minutes of the workout. You will get a better protein saturation in our muscles so you wont get soar at all. And the key in working out is high weight and high reps. You will get cut with lean muscle and the mass you want. You will get more stamina from the high reps and you will get stronger by going with high weight. Well thanks for looking at todays post be bask soon!!!!!

Opening
Hello World,
Chances are that no one important is reading this, but you know this is for a school assignment that involves me blogging about something, so I picked Get Huge Muscles Fast. Im not the most muscular kid but i know a lot about anattomy and working out and I know how to get ripped fast. This is just a little introduction to the blog, so no body better bash on my blog or I will hunt you down and do something very bad to you. If you know what I mean. I will try to write on my blog at leased once a day but I am very busy so it might be kinda hard.
